Il 7 novembre 2019 c'è stata una serata imperdibile per ogni amante del death metal vecchia scuola più oscuro. In più, per me è stata anche un'importante occasione per rivedere in azione i Sepolcro, di cui mi sono praticamente innamorato l'anno scorso, quando sono venuti qui sempre al 360. E, insieme a loro, altri giovani grupponi uno più figo dell'altro, cioè i milanesi Morbus Grave e gli eroi locali Thulsa Doom.

As I anticipated in Live Gigs of the Week #4, on 5th April 2019 there was at 360 a death metal night mandatory for every maniac of this genre. In fact, the bill was very interesting since there were 4 Italian bands with, at times, an excellent reputation in the underground death metal scene. In addition, the headlining band, Teleport, came from abroad, exactly from Slovenia, and I have already to confess that they surprised me a lot as I never could imagine! But now what's about the entire show?

Nonostante il lavoro, nonostante il giorno infrasettimanale, e nonostante quella cazzo di pioggia battente, giovedì 13 dicembre, come già anticipato sul live report del Grind Galà, sono andato lo stesso al 360 per farmi devastare i timpani con un bel po' di black/death metal devoto alla vecchia scuola. A organizzare 'sto delirio, ci hanno pensato il collettivo antifascista Metal Against Shit (di cui fa parte Ulderico dei Verano's Dogs) e la Sycamore Shows (di cui invece fanno parte membri dei Seventh Genocide), cioè due entità che hanno già collaborato in passato per organizzare delle serate che sono sempre di un certo interesse per i cultori del metal estremo underground invitando anche gruppi stranieri molto rispettati, come gli anarco-black metallers inglesi Dawn Ray'd. Stavolta, a dividere il palco con i Verano's Dogs, ci sono stati i grandissimi Sepolcro (che mi hanno gasato un casino, come leggerete fra poco), e due giovani leve romane al debutto live come i barbarici Thecodontion e gli psichedelici Bedsore, entrambi usciti quest'anno con delle cassettine che hanno ricevuto ottime critiche anche da siti molto quotati. Quindi, leggiamo cos'è successo in questa serata, e che si dia inizio allo sterminio sonoro!

On 11th July 2018 there was a very special night at 360 Club in Rome! In fact, Metal Against Shit, a sort of DIY live gig agency with a strong anti-fascist attitude and ran, among others, by Hulderich of Verano's Dogs, organized an anti-NSBM black metal night with 4 bands, whose two ones came from abroad: Unyielding Love from Belfast, Northern Ireland, and Dawn Ray'd from Liverpool, England. There was no real main act since every band had the same amount of time to play but, despite this, there were notable expectations about Dawn Ray'd, an anarcho-black metal band that is going to do a European tour (started in 7th July in UK and will end on 19th July in Germany) along with Unyielding Love, reaching countries like France, Austria, Croatia or Italy (the Roman date has been the only one in my country). But what's about the other two bands? Both coming from Rome, they are called Seventh Genocide and Tibia.
