Hey brutal bangers,
the Italian death metal duo Defechate, in which there is on vocals/bass a certain Giuseppe "Tato" Tatangelo (already known on these pages for his militancy in bands like Glacial Fear and A Buried Existence), released recently on YouTube "Uomo ossidato" (Italian for "Oxidized Man"), a song taken from their upcoming debut full-lenght.
The following is the statement by the band about this track:
"It is a little preview of our upcoming full-lenght album, a song born and recorded during these hard times, in which a plague is flagellating the world and, in particular, our country (its lyrics are in Italian for this reason). We are presenting it as a single with the only purpose to invite the people, through our musical language, to respect the dispositions useful to avoid the pandemic spread of the virus, and also and above all to invite them to reflect and to be extremely vigilant.
WE ARE NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE, MILLENIA OF CIVILIZATION DON'T MAKE US STAINLESS."
The following is the video of "Uomo ossidato (Covid-19 edit)":
Said all this, a review about the Defechate's debut self-released EP, "Overthrown Into Oblivion", is imminent.
